We’re finishing our Spring Rejuvenation Series with a new class, Tai Chi + Mobility with Matthew in the Mindbody Studio from 9am – 10am.
Cultivate strength, stability, and body awareness through the flowing movements of Tai Chi. This class integrates a variety of mobility exercises; Qi Gong, traditional Yang and Zhaobao Tai Chi styles to enhance balance, control, and range of motion. With a focus on grounding and centering, you’ll move through slow, deliberate sequences designed to improve posture, coordination, and overall well-being. Each session promotes mindful movement, breath control, and relaxation, helping you build both inner and outer strength. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
