Spin
A fun, heart-pumping workout on a beautiful Spinning Crono Power bike. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by a certified instructor motivated by great music. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable.

Athletic-inspired small group training designed to maximize results. Led by an expert coach, this revolutionary workout uses Myzone hear rate training technology and team-based camaraderie to take your workout to the next level. All fitness levels are welcome.

A full body dance experience. This fitness based dance class is for everybody who wants to learn choreography while expressing themselves through music.
Ellové
The Ellové Technique is a non-impact conditioning class that is designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the body through the pure techniques of ballet, yoga, fitness, and Pilates. Choreographed to an intentional playlist of music, the class seamlessly incorporates alignment principles, balance, and full-body awareness while focusing on the breath. Students leave Ellové feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to their bodies. This class is recommended for cross-training and injury prevention for athletes and dancers.
WARRIOR Strength™

Cardio + Lifting, WARRIOR Strength is for all levels and all types who want to sweat and feel their muscles burn! With 30 and 60-minute options, playlists that literally rock, and original formulas, WARRIOR Strength is a one-of-a-kind endorphin rush!

WARRIOR Rhythm™

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility, and balance through movement and musical motivation. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel, and a water bottle, and get ready to sweat to heart-pounding beats! This class often incorporates dumbbells, bands, and kettlebells.

WARRIOR Combat™

Boxing-inspired, powerful, and fierce, WARRIOR Combat includes high-intensity intervals, stress-melting strength training, and music-driven fight combinations. This empowering conditioning class makes you feel like a confident rockstar.

Get Pumped
In just 30 minutes, this mobility and strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! GET PUMPED stations follow unique formulas that are smart, fun, and ever-evolving.

FIT4LIFE

Promote the mind-body connection and improve cognitive function with workouts that integrate coordination, rhythm and strategy. Strengthen bones and muscles, and improve balance and posture using hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Engage and strengthen your core to reduce the risk of injuries, protect your spine and improve stability in daily activities. Chairs and bar available/often used for stability. (Active aging class)

Aqua-Fit
Aqua-Fit is a fun, high-intensity with low impact water workout that combines cardio, core, balance and strength training. Participants may choose between shallow or deep water. Great for all levels! Equipment is provided but optional.
Masters Swim
Introduces lap swimming class that incorporates all competition strokes, turns, strategies, rules, and training. Great for competitive swimmers, lap swimmers and those new to lap swimming. Guided practice with coach on the pool deck.
Barre Flow
Barre draws on ideas from ballet, Pilates and yoga, and creates a muscular endurance class for all people. Thus, no dance experience is required. This class is a great workout combining standing exercises, core work and light weights. Be prepared to sculpt, define and burn into a new you.
Just Dance
Is a high-energy dance fitness party! Pop and shake it to all of the current and classic radio hits. Enjoy choreography that is designed for all levels. Guaranteed to sweat while having a good time!
Cardio Step
Is an aerobic cardio class that incorporates using a step-bench with choreography and upbeat music to challenge participants cardiovascularly. Step in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles. Step-bench and its height can be determined by the participant.
Ashtanga Yoga

For the more experienced yoga practitioner. Ashtanga integrates an intense Vinyasa progression with the power of the Ujjayi (or ocean) breath and bandhas (energy centers of the body). Be prepared for a vigorous workout.

Hatha Yoga

Stretching, core work, strengthening and relaxation. All performed in a slow sequence for awakening body and spirit. Accessible to beginners with intermediate work included.

Pilates Mat II

This Pilates-based mat class is designed to strengthen the core of the body. You will feel lengthened, stretched and strong! Class II is an intermediate level class designed for those with prior Pilates experience.

Vinyasa Flow

All Levels Vinyasa Flow is a breath based practice in which range of motion activities are completed through vigorous Asana. This class is for all able-bodied people who are willing to explore postures through breath.

Yoga

This class blends a variety of yogic and core-strengthening exercise practices to create a workout for flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and postural alignment. Incorporates dynamic breath work while emphasizing strengthening of all the muscles, especially the abs and lower back.

Gentle Yoga

Light Yoga stretching and strength work for all levels. Very basic, easy work and stretching to help the process of aging.
