Group Training

The DAC’s small group training program is a team-based functional training program that will challenge you like never before. Powered by the motivation of your fellow members who will train together, cheer and encourage each other through workouts while also holding each other accountable to achieving life-changing results.
Rowing
DACfit Row
Cardio, strength, mobility, endurance, and core all in one workout. This is a full-body workout that can be used to build strength, power, endurance, and cardio conditioning – all with minimal impact. Includes rowing and floor exercises. 15-minute optional active recovery after 30 minutes row workout.

- Session Length: 30-45 minutes (30 min row + optional 15 min core)
- Location: Cardio Floor and Functional Fitness Area (2nd floor)

TribeCORE™ is the foundation of all training pathways. The program incorporates flexibility and stability training, this ensures structural longevity and powerful pain-free movement. TribeCORE™ Coaches will guide and support you every step of the way, motivating you to new levels of core strength and stability season after season
