Can I sign up for swim lessons if I'm not a DAC member?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcomed to book swim lessons, though DAC members received preferred pricing on all lessons.
What's your cancellation policy?
Lessons canceled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson are charged in full.
To cancel, email the Aquatics Department or call the Welcome Desk at 541.484.4011 ext. 216.
How do recurring swim lessons work?
Our swim lessons are typically set up as recurring reservations. This means you’ll have the same instructor, day, and time each week. We’ve found that consistency helps swimmers build trust with their instructor, gain confidence in the water, and make steady progress toward their goals.
What happens if my instructor is unavailable?
We do our best to keep lessons consistent whenever possible. If your instructor is unavailable due to vacation, illness, or schedule changes, we will:
- Find a substitute instructor whenever possible
- Keep your lesson on the same day and time whenever possible
- Notify you in advance of any changes
Our goal is to make any transitions as seamless as possible for our swimmers and families.
What are your rules and policies?
Here are the Club’s rules and policies.
