Hamza has been involved in fitness for most of his life. He is a retired track athlete, having won several international competitions, including the African championship in the 100-meter dash, and has over 8 years of experience teaching fitness classes and working one-on-one with clients. He has special experience working with high-intensity, strength training, and cycling courses and is a certified LesMills Pro Instructor and instructor trainer.

I believe in understanding each individual’s unique fitness goals and tailoring personalized strategies that align with their aspirations and lifestyle. I’m an active, married mom of three; one daughter and two sons.  I love all animals, but dogs are my undisputable favorite.  I have 3 “Wiggle Butts” and would take in ALL the strays if I had the room and money. I grew up in a house of “Couch Potato Smokers” and always knew I wanted more. 

I’ve been working out since early adulthood and have been certified for over 10 years.
