NEW CLASSES COMING FEBRUARY 2025
ZONE Tread is a 30-minute treadmill-based training program with personalized guidance from our expert ZONE Coaches. Myzone heart-rate technology will be used in each session to help visualize performance and reach your goals.
Developed by our very own Jen Stanton and Agustina Schiano. This small group training provides an energetic team environment with motivational music, intentional programming and a setting to drive inspiration.
ZONE Tread is a great complement to the ZONE membership; providing a cardiovascular foundation, while the ZONE builds upon your power, strength and muscular endurance through equipment based HIIT training.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, we’ll help push you in the right direction to reach your goals with ZONE Tread.

I’m an active, married mom of three; one daughter and two sons. I love all animals, but dogs are my undisputable favorite. I have 3 “Wiggle Butts” and would take in ALL the strays if I had the room and money. I grew up in a house of “Couch Potato Smokers” and always knew I wanted more.
I’ve been working out since early adulthood and have been certified for over 10 years.

Hamza has been involved in fitness for most of his life. He is a retired track athlete, having won several international competitions, including the African championship in the 100-meter dash, and has over 8 years of experience teaching fitness classes and working one-on-one with clients. He has special experience working with high-intensity, strength training, and cycling courses and is a certified LesMills Pro Instructor and instructor trainer.
