We exist to help people feel good from the inside out

Locally owned and operated since 1985, the Downtown Athletic Club (DAC) facility expands to over 100,000 square feet, including the historic Ax Billy Building. Highlights of the Club include an expansive cardio area, multiple exercise studios, warm water fitness and lap pools, a fully equipped weight room, six racquetball courts, a squash court, regulation sized basketball gym, newly renovated lobby space, and upscale, full-service locker rooms. The DAC is also proud to offer well-appointed conference and social event facilities, in addition to a state certified preschool.

At the DAC, kids 0–13 join your membership for FREE. Kids ages 14–23 stay on for just $25/month. And when they`re ready to fly on their own, we`ll be here for that chapter too.

Our Pride Ride is Sunday, June 28 at 9am in our Cycling Studio, co-taught by Amber and Jen.

The playlist is built around queer artists and songs with color themes. It's going to be high-energy, joyful, and built for everyone.

Our Pre-Competition Swim Group is still running (or should we say swimming?) at the DAC, and we’re looking for at least one more person to join!

🕒 Practice is every Sunday from 2pm – 3pm
🫧Members: $20/session | Non-Members: $30/session

Pre-Competition is designed for swimmers ages 6 – 12 who are ready for more structured practice but may not yet be ready for Swim Team.

Practices focus on stroke development, endurance, technique, and confidence in a team environment. To participate, swimmers should be able to swim the full length of our lap pool independently without assistance. 🏊
