Please join us in welcoming Tao to the DAC team! With nearly 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry, from gym management to personal training to studio leadership, Tao is now leading our Personal Training program and coaching the ZONE classes on the upstairs fitness floor. 💪

A quick shoutout to Levi Stoffal, our previous Personal Training Manager, for helping train Tao into the role. Levi`s still training members at the Club, and we`re glad this transition has been a true handoff, not a goodbye. 🫶

All August long, we`re turning Group X into a game. Starting 8/1, pick up a DAC Group X Bingo card near the Welcome Desk, attend classes to fill your squares, and earn raffle entries for every bingo (four in a row) you complete.
