We’re excited to announce a new Pilates Reformer series led by instructor Carey Hilbert. This 8-week program will run from October 8 – December 3, with no class on November 26 in observance of Thanksgiving.
These sessions are designed to give you the basics of the Pilates method utilizing the Universal Reformers. The Reformer assists in connecting your core to your entire body, developing uniform strength, balance, and body awareness. This creates a true sense of well-being through movement.
Whether you’ve been “Pilates curious” or you’re managing aches and pains that won’t go away, Pilates can help all of us.

Length: 8 classes over 9 weeks

Cost: $22.50 per class for members | $25 per class for non-members
