Cardio Dance

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Anita | Wednesday at 12:15pm

Get ready to sweat, move, and groove in this high-energy dance fitness class! Cardio Dance combines strength, rhythm, and dynamic movement for a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. This class follows an engaging structure of warming up, strength, rhythmic footwork and basic dance moves, choreography, group work, and a cool down. Perfect for all fitness levels, Cardio Dance will help you build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence—all while having a blast. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to move!

Cardio Funk

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Nate | Tuesday at 10am

A full body dance experience. This fitness based dance class is for everybody who wants to learn choreography while expressing themselves through music.

Cardio Groove

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Anita | Thursday at 10am

This high-energy, dance-based workout is designed for all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, you’ll feel welcome and challenged. With a mix of upbeat music, easy-to-follow choreography, and an infectious party atmosphere, you’ll groove to a variety of styles, burn calories, and build confidence on the dance floor. No dance experience needed – just come ready to move, express yourself, and turn up the fun!

Ellové

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Chelsea | Wednesday at 11am

Ellové brings together dance, mindfulness, and strength in a beautifully balanced format. With a focus on fluid movement and intentional transitions, this class feels as restorative as it is energizing. Perfect for those looking for a more grounded, expressive dance experience.

Flow Barre

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Marilyn | Monday and Friday at 12pm

Barre draws on ideas from ballet, Pilates and yoga, and creates a muscular endurance class for all people. Thus, no dance experience is required. This class is a great workout combining standing exercises, core work and light weights. Be prepared to sculpt, define and burn into a new you.

Step + Sculpt

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Marianne | Monday at 10:30am

Step + Sculpt students will enjoy 45 minutes of an aerobic cardio class incorporating a step bench, choreography, and upbeat music to challenge participants cardiovascular fitness.  The last 15 minutes of class will integrate resistance and core training.

WARRIOR Rhythm

Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Jen + Amy | Tuesday at 12:15pm and Thursday at 5:30pm

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm™ increases strength, flexibility, and balance through movement and musical motivation. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel, and a water bottle, and get ready to sweat to heart-pounding beats! This class often incorporates dumbbells, bands, and kettlebells.

Dance Fitness Pop-Ups + Specialty Events

Prince Dance Jam | Location: Studio 1 | Instructor: Marilyn | 4/21 at 6:30pm – 8:30pm | RSVP

Kid’s Beginner Hip Hop Class | Location: Ballroom (3rd Floor) | Instructor: Guest Instructor, Vanessa Fuller with her company, Xcape Dance Academy | 4/15 at 5:30pm – 6:30pm | RSVP

Jazz Funk Pop Ups | Location: MindBody Studio | Instructor: Guest Instructor, Mya Cash | 5/11 + 6/8 at 11am – 12pm

Join Us for Our Open House – Free Guest Day on 4/22

There’s no better time to experience it all than during our Open House on Tuesday, 4/22. Enjoy a free guest day from 5am – 9pm and explore everything the Club has to offer. Step into a dance class, meet our instructors, and feel the energy of our community firsthand. Ellové with Chelsea is at 11am, and Cardio Dance with Anita is at 12:15pm, both in Studio 1.

You can also enjoy:
