About Zest

Zest’s mission is to create and serve local food that’s health-conscious, affordable, homemade, and delicious for all to enjoy. The cuisine is a mix of the Mediterranean rim; Northern Africa, Southern Italy and France, Spain, Turkey, and Greece.

Menu items include a signature ground beef blend and a ground lamb blend specially created by Long’s Meat Market, only available at Zest. There will also be beef steak(s), pizzas and flatbreads. Of course, Borzi is incorporating incredible dishes with lamb- his specialty. All fish is locally sourced from Newman’s Fish Market, and produce is purchased from local suppliers all year long.

With this in mind, the menu is to change seasonally, and potentially more often than that, depending on what the people want. There is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options on the menu. Truly a menu for all! The bar is stocked with an extensive selection of local wine, beer, and ciders. Craft cocktails are included in this wonderful bar menu as well.

Zest’s grand opening days are mid-May.
