Membership & Billing

How do I join?

You can join in person, online, over the phone, or email.

Can I try the club before joining?

Yes! Stop in the Club or contact us at 541-484-4011 or membership@downtownac.com to get started.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes. You can freeze your membership for $25 per month for a maximum of three months in a 12 month period.

How do I terminate my membership?

Speak to Janet, Brenda, or Danie in person, or send an email to memberservices@downtownac.com.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept Silver and Fit and Active and Fit.

Club Amenities

Do you have lockers?

We have free day-use lockers that are cleared every evening. We also offer monthly lockers with laundry service for $12.

Is there a sauna or steam room?

Yes, there is a sauna AND steam room in each the men’s and women’s adult locker rooms.

Is there child care?

Yes! KidStop is open

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 1pm
  • Monday – Thursday: 4:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 12pm

Programs

How do I register for Group Exercise Classes?

On the MindBody app if you’re a guest. If you’re a member, please use the DAC app. Though, registration isn’t required, it does guarantee you a spot.

Do you have class descriptions?

Yes! They can be found printed near the Membership Office, or on our Group Exercise webpage.

Do you offer swim lessons?

Yes, adult and children’s swim lessons are available. Contact aquatics@downtownac.com to inquire.

Can I register if I’m a non-member?

Yes! You can pay the day pass on the MindBody app or in person at the Welcome Desk.

Do you have reciprocal clubs?

Yes. You can read more in our blog post, or reach out to memberservices@downtownac.com to learn more.

Do you have an app?

Yes! DAC, Inc. in the app store. Applicable on all phone types.

What can I do in the app?

You can book a sessions in Personal Training, Pilates, swim lessons, the ZONE, Group X classes, see the Group X schedule, and use the barcode to check in at the Welcome Desk.

What are your rules and policies?

Here are the Club’s rules and policies.

Where do I park?

Overpark Parking Garage at 1000 E 10th Ave., Eugene, OR 97401. Be sure to bring your ticket, for we validate up to three hours each day. Parking is free after 6pm and Saturday and Sunday.

What are your hours?

  • Monday – Friday, 5am – 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7am – 7pm

What is Newberry Preschool?

It’s our preschool within the Club! To inquire about availability, contact Brenda at BMontgomery@downtownac.com
