Summer isn’t slowing down, and neither are we! DAC’s Thursday Night Run Club is still going strong through August and we’ve got something exciting to share…We’ve created a team in the Scandia 5K on Saturday, 8/16! We’re thrilled to launch DAC It Up, a 5K team made up of members and staff, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! Invite friends and family to join the fun! Just wear your DAC gear (shirt, hat, or anything reppin’ the Club) on race day.

When: Every Thursday at 5:30 PM

Where: Meet on the Turf inside the DAC

What: 3-mile course through downtown Eugene
-
Who: All levels welcome – walk, jog, or run

Led by: DAC’s expert ZONE coaches with tips on training, form, and breathing
Each session includes a turf warm-up, guided route, and a cool-down with the group. Plus, it’s a great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful Oregon summer.
