Pilates Reformer 8-Week Beginner Classes

If you’ve ever been curious about Pilates, or have lingering aches and pains you can’t seem to shake, this is your sign to give it a try.

Join Judith for an 8-week beginner Reformer Pilates series designed to introduce you to the foundations of the Pilates method using the Universal Reformer. This powerful piece of equipment helps connect your core to your entire body, building uniform strength, mobility, and a deeper sense of wellness through intentional movement.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your fitness routine or find a new approach to pain relief, Pilates can help. And with only 5 spots per class, you’ll receive focused attention and support in a small group environment.

Two Class Options Available

  • Fridays | September 19 – November 8 | 12pm – 12:55pm

  • Saturdays | September 20 – November 9 | 9am – 9:55am

Pricing

  • DAC Members: $22.50 per class

  • Non-Members: $25 per class
