TRIBE is now included in all DAC Memberships!

Tribe Team Training is now a complimentary amenity included with your Membership! Beginning January 10, 2022, all DAC Members will have access to this highly-acclaimed, highly-focused group training program.

Why the change? We want to provide as many opportunities as possible for Members to achieve their health, wellness, and fitness goals at the DAC. Tribe Team Training also adds a fun social element to the Club by creating teams of Members who can train together, cheer and encourage each other through workouts, and hold each other accountable.

WHAT IS TRIBE TEAM TRAINING?

Tribe Team Training is a program where expert coaches lead a group of Members through an eight-week season of progressive workouts. Each Tribe has two sessions (workouts) per week, and each session builds up from the last. You may already know some of our certified expert Tribe Coaches: Brandy, Chrystie, Ellen, and Jen. They are all amazing leaders who have helped countless DAC Members achieve results.

TribeFIT™ is a high-intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. Our Coaches incorporate box jumps, chin-ups, wall balls, jump rope double-unders, and more into this proven class.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does Tribe cost?

Starting January 10, 2022, Tribe Team Training is a complimentary amenity available to all DAC Members.

Can I drop into a Tribe workout?

With Tribe now included with Membership, you are no longer required to sign up for a season in advance. However, we do encourage you to try an eight-week Season from start to finish. You’ll get the most out of this program by building from week to week with your team.

How is this different from the classes I normally take?

Tribe Team Training sessions are progressive throughout the season. Each week, you will learn new skills and exercises that carry you into the following weeks. This progressive and seasonal nature allows you to build your fitness over the course of the season.

 

What if I have to miss a session?

If you miss a class, please reach out to your coach as soon as possible so that they can help you find another session to attend. You don’t miss that workout!

What if I have an injury? Can I participate?

First and foremost, always consult your doctor before engaging in any exercise program. Second, please let your coach know if you have an injury or other condition that may affect your participation. DAC Tribe Coaches will be at their best for you when they are aware of injuries and can help tailor a session to meet your specific needs. 

How long is each Tribe Season?

A Tribe Team Training Season runs for 8 weeks. Each session is 45-60 minutes long.

 

How many Sessions are included per season?

There are 16 sessions per season.

Do I need any special equipment?

The DAC provides all the specialized equipment you'll need. Just show up in comfortable workout apparel and shoes. and you'll be ready to go!
