EXCITING RESTAURANT UPDATES
Borzi Marashi, owner, and Jessica Bellah, General Manager, are hard at work to get the new restaurant and bar ready for members and general public. The progress of the updates being made to the front and back of house are flowing quite nicely. Paint, kitchen equipment, and other cosmetic items are targeted to be completed by late March. The restaurant team is almost complete and excited to meet the DAC members and local diners.
We’re thrilled to unveil the name of the restaurant:
Zest: Kitchen and Bar and the bar is named Z Bar.
The restaurant is expected to open in May.
