  • 10:15 am Cardio Step with Kasondra

Tuesday

  • 6:30 am DACfit Row with Rachel (30 min + 15 min option active recovery)
  • 12 pm DACfit Row with Eric (30 min + 15 min option active recovery)

Wednesday

  • 12:15-1:15 pm WARRIOR Combat with Ellen

Thursday

  • 6:30 am DACfit Row with Rachel (30 min + 15 min option active recovery)
  • 9:45-10:45 am JUST DANCE with Kasondra
  • 12 pm DACfit Row with Eric (30 min + 15 min option active recovery)

New Class Descriptions:

Cardio Step

Is an aerobic cardio class that incorporates using a step-bench with choreography and upbeat music to challenge participants cardiovascularly. Step in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles. Step-bench and its height can be determined by the participant.

DACfit Row

Cardio, strength, mobility, endurance, and core all in one workout. This is a full-body workout that can be used to build strength, power, endurance, and cardio conditioning — all with minimal impact. Includes rowing and floor exercises. 15-minute optional active recovery after 30 min row workout.

WARRIOR Combat™

Boxing-inspired, powerful, and fierce, WARRIOR Combat includes high-intensity intervals, stress-melting strength training, and music-driven fight combinations. This empowering conditioning class makes you feel like a confident rockstar.

JUST DANCE

Is a high-energy dance fitness party! Pop and shake it to all of the current and classic radio hits. Enjoy choreography that is designed for all levels. Guaranteed to sweat while having a good time!
