3rd Annual Outdoor Summer Series at Oakmont Park
Soak up the sun and move with us two Sundays a month from 10am -11am at Oakmont Park (2295 Oakmont Way, Eugene, OR 97401). Our Outdoor Summer Series is back for its third year, featuring free classes like yoga, dance, and Pilates on the grassy lawn. Come enjoy the fresh air, community vibes, and energizing workouts all summer long.
Join Paige for a refreshing and energizing Pilates Mat class designed for all fitness levels! Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, this class offers a variety of modifications and progressions to suit your needs. We’ll focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment using bodyweight exercises on the mat. Each movement is performed with control and precision, emphasizing breathwork and proper technique to enhance mind-body connection. Expect a full-body workout that improves posture, strengthens the core, and promotes overall stability and flexibility.
