Group Power Lesson Launch

Come on over to Studio 1 to be team taught by our incredible Group Power instructors Becca, Dana, and Nicole for a new lesson launch! Group Power is arguably the most popular Group X class we have, and you’ll see why when you come. This barbell program strengthens all major muscles in a motivating group environment with fantastic music and instructors.
