Our Educated and Certified Personal Training Staff is Ready to Help You Reach Your Fitness Goals

Whether you are interested in learning how to use the equipment properly, lose weight, build strength, rehabilitate an injury, or train for a sport-specific activity, our personal trainers can help.

Though the goals of our Members differ, in all cases, personal training means efficient and effective workouts, personal attention, motivation, support and accountability. Personal trainers are always available to meet with Members and work with all ages and fitness levels. The DAC offers one-on-one and group training packages for sale.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES & PRicing

We are excited to unveil several new Personal Training Packages.  As you may know, our mission at the DAC is to help you feel good from the inside out. We also always strive to provide the best possible service to our Members. With that in mind, we’d like to take a moment to share some changes coming to our personal training program. 

 

Starting November 1, 2021, you’ll see a new menu of personal training offerings on the DAC app and online Member suite. These new offerings are designed to:

  • Increase the value of our personal training package options as you train more often.

  • Bring our prices in line with the local market.

  • Increase compensation to our personal trainers.

  • Grow and retain a high-quality personal training staff to continually bring you the best in health and wellness services.

 

We have not raised our personal training prices in over ten years. Though we know price changes can be challenging, our goal remains to bring you the best-quality personal training experience possible.

 

Current DAC Members will be able to purchase personal training packages at the previous rate until November 30, 2021. Please contact your trainer or DAC Programs Director, Kris Christensen, at 541-484-4011 or programs@downtownac.com with any questions you may have.
