Prepare your students for success through teaching dynamic stability skills in the warmup. Discover the most effective exercises and formats for boosting cardio and fat burning systems into high gear. \nSUNDAY SESSIONS | 8am – 12pm | Targeted Strengthening + Cool Downs\nLearn effective exercises and progressive choreography for strengthening the upper body and challenging the core musculature using buoyant barbells and pool noodles in combination with flotation support. Discover how unilateral training enhances and improves functional fitness outcomes. \nWHAT TO BRING:\nPlease come prepared. Each day consists of a wet session followed by a dry session.
