Take your swimming to the next level with Pre-Masters and Pre-Competition lessons here, at the DAC. Whether you’re looking to build endurance, refine technique, or explore a new fitness challenge, our swim programs are designed to help you progress with confidence – no matter your age or goal.
Pre-Masters Swim (Ages 18+, Members Only)
Our Pre-Masters swim class is ideal for adult swimmers who want to improve stroke efficiency, try a new workout, or prepare for Masters Swim. Taught in a supportive, small-group setting, these 30-minute sessions provide structured coaching without the pressure of competition. Our Master’s Coach, Scott Kerr, instructs these lessons.

Pre-Competition Swim (Ages 18 & Under, Members and Guests)
Designed for young swimmers who are ready to go beyond basic lessons, Pre-Competition swim offers great guidance to swim team-style training. With a focus on stroke refinement, endurance, and fun, this small-group, 60-minute format helps participants build skills and confidence in a positive, team-like environment. Our seasoned swim instructor and previous competitive swimmer, Christina, instructs these lessons.
These lessons are a great stepping stone for youth currently participating, or interested in joining a swim team in the future.
