Four evenings. Four local experts. All dedicated to helping you live better — inside the gym and far beyond it. Each speaker brings an hour of real, practical insight designed specifically for our community.

This workshop is for anyone who may be feeling burnt out, stressed out, or wants to learn new ways of reducing stress, balancing emotions, or enhancing overall health and wellbeing. The intention is simple: to give you hope that you can feel better, and that it is possible to create a sense of inner peace in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.

Join Lee Ann, HeartMath Practitioner®, as she guides you through an interactive experience rooted in evidence-based techniques. Together you’ll identify a personal challenge you’d like to work on, explore how stress actually lives in the body and heart, and then practice three heart coherence techniques designed to shift how you feel in real time. You’ll assess your stress levels after each technique and close by reflecting on any new thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that surfaced along the way.
