The Fitness Center encompasses the second floor of the Downtown Athletic Club. The Club's educated and certified personal fitness trainers assist members in goal setting through the development of individualized workout programs. Each new member receives complimentary fitness instruction with optional fitness testing. Members may choose a personal trainer with fitness specialties for proper introduction and integration to the Club. A fitness assistant or trainer is always available in the Fitness Center to answer questions. |
