Whether you are interested in learning how to use the equipment properly, lose weight, build strength, rehabilitate an injury, or train for a sport-specific activity, our personal trainers can help. Though the goals of our members differ, in all cases personal training means efficient and effective workouts, personal attention, motivation and support. Personal Trainers are always available to meet with members and work with all ages and fitness levels. The DAC offers one-on-one and group training options. |

New members receive a complimentary personal training package to use during their first 30 days of membership. Members receive another complimentary session of personal training every subsequent year. Personal training packages range from a single session to 10+ hour packages. Both individual and group training options are available. Personal training packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Non-refundable. For information about personal training package options
